Product Lead, Fundraising Technology

Job Summary

As Product Lead, Fundraising Technology, the full-time hybrid position will define and execute the strategic vision for the OmniHub portfolio, managing multiple product teams to enhance digital fundraising, marketing, and constituent relationship management capabilities while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for the OmniHub product portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Partner with business leaders to assess and prioritize technology requests based on strategic alignment and return on investment
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, leading Agile teams to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure continuous optimization across the technology ecosystem

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3 years leading multiple product teams
• Strong track record of delivering complex technology solutions in an enterprise or non-profit environment
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience scaling Agile practices across teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
