Job Summary
To ensure optimal performance of technology infrastructure, the full-time remote Product Lead in Production Engineering will manage production support for application servers, web services, and secure file transfer systems while collaborating with development teams for code deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert production support for Oracle WebLogic and Eclipse GlassFish application servers, including configuration and performance tuning
- Manage and optimize Apache and Microsoft IIS web services, ensuring efficient site configuration and application pool management
- Coordinate and support code deployments across environments, working closely with development teams to ensure successful releases
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in application server management and production support
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic and GlassFish application servers
- Proficiency in Microsoft IIS and web server administration
- Solid understanding of SFTP/SSH server administration and secure file transfer troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning
