Product Lead, Incubation & Acceleration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead, Incubation & Acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the framing, imagination, build, launch, and iteration of high-impact experiments in incubation and acceleration
• Partner closely with core business teams and manage a cross-functional team focused on experiments
• Define success metrics, monitor experiment performance, and make data-informed decisions to improve results

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, typically 8 years
• Proven product leadership in consumer-facing digital products and experimentation-driven development
• Hands-on experience as a product owner working with agile squads
• Strong track record running experiments, including hypothesis design and measurement
• Excellent cross-functional relationship skills, able to partner with diverse stakeholders
