Product Lead - LIMS

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead VI - LIMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlogs for various workflows, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance
• Lead cross-functional discovery to identify and prioritize user needs across multiple teams
• Collaborate with various departments to create user-friendly and audit-ready workflows and interfaces

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of product management or product ownership experience in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Design/UX and Engineering
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or design/UX education preferred
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices
