Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of the Opportunities Board, the full-time remote Product Lead will manage product delivery, growth marketing, and strategic development to enhance user engagement and increase placements in high-impact roles.
Key responsibilities
- Iterate the board's UX and features to improve user experience and increase successful placements
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to reliably grow traffic to the board
- Refine product strategy by testing user needs and exploring new opportunities for the board's evolution
Required qualifications
- A product-development mindset with experience in designing experiments and making data-driven decisions
- Strong focus on achieving positive social impact aligned with effective altruism principles
- Proven strategic thinking skills with a track record of developing actionable strategies
- Marketing instinct with experience in audience growth and acquisition experiments
- Comfort with delegating tasks and managing teams, including software engineers and contractors
