Job Summary

Leading a specialized team, the full-time remote Product Lead, Predictive Platform will manage the core predictive foundation and cross-model initiatives while overseeing the growth and performance of Product Managers focused on predictive modeling and intelligence strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale a pod of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with the broader intelligence strategy
• Own the strategy for core predictive models and define the roadmap for their integration across applications
• Drive cross-model initiatives by establishing standards for model training, feedback, and accuracy measurement

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Product Management, focusing on AI, ML, or Data Science products, with 3-5+ years in people management
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning lifecycles from a product perspective
• Proven experience in building and leading product teams, fostering high accountability
• Strong understanding of B2B data models and the impact of predictive scoring on GTM outcomes
• Ability to build operating rhythms that ensure long-term product performance and execution
