Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in retention and churn reduction
• Proven ability to use data and experimentation to drive product impact
• Experience with save flows or customer winbacks is a plus
• Strong cross-functional execution skills, especially with Support and Sales
• A strategic mindset with a focus on execution details
