Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product to lead the transformation of their product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution, driving the transition to a scalable, SaaS-enabled platform
• Lead and mentor a growing product team while ensuring alignment across cross-functional partners
• Establish metrics and workflows to enable consistent, scalable execution and influence pricing and growth strategy

Required Qualifications

• Experience in product leadership and transformation, particularly in SaaS environments
• Proven ability to lead service-to-SaaS transformation initiatives with measurable results
• Strong team leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring high-impact teams
• Technical and analytical fluency with modern product tools and analytics platforms
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments
