Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Learning Developer to join their Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, write, and create training video scripts to produce high-quality videos
• Develop and execute courses, including designing learning paths, videos, assessments, and written curricula
• Keep the academy portal and LMS updated with product changes and collaborate on customer training webinars

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product training, instructional design, or tutorials
• Experience with learning experience development tools like PowerPoint, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, and Figma
• Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and create learner-friendly content
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a SaaS company in a customer learning/training role
