Product Learning Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Learning Developer (EST or CST) to join their Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, write, and create training video scripts to produce high-quality videos
• Develop and execute technical courses, including designing learning paths and assessments
• Keep the academy portal and LMS updated with product changes and collaborate on training webinars

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creating and delivering complex product training
• Experience with learning experience development tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Suite
• Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and translate them into learner-friendly content
• Experience in a SaaS company in a customer learning/training role
• Cloud or security experience is strongly desired
