Product Legal Counsel
Job Summary
Working as part of the global legal team, the full-time Product Legal Counsel will lead contract negotiations for commercial agreements, provide legal advice across various business units, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex financial services agreements and license agreements with digital partners
- Provide legal analysis and advice on contractual compliance, data privacy, and regulatory issues
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to align agreements with company strategy and manage legal risks
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor with 5 to 7 years of legal experience
- Substantial experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Previous experience in financial services, payment processing, or the technology/digital industry
- Adept at building relationships with internal and external customers
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple clients
