Product Legal Counsel
Job Summary
Working as part of the global legal team, the full-time Product Legal Counsel will manage contract negotiations for commercial agreements across the money transfer division while providing legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex financial services agreements and various commercial contracts
- Provide legal analysis and advice on contractual compliance, data privacy, and regulatory issues
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to align agreements with company strategy and manage legal risks
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor with 5 to 7 years of legal experience
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements with domestic and international partners
- Background in financial services, payment processing, or the technology/digital industry
- Adept at building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple internal clients
