Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Legal Program Manager to support its Legal Department in managing key processes across product development and intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal support for Product and Engineering teams regarding product design, development, and launch
• Review, draft, and negotiate product-related agreements under supervision
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on legal, compliance, and intellectual property projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology company
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
