Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lifecycle Program Manager, responsible for leading complex commercial launch programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for new products and releases across the full product lifecycle
• Develop and manage integrated launch plans, ensuring cross-functional ownership and alignment
• Lead structured product sunset and end-of-life programs, coordinating execution across various teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with accountability for outcomes
• Experience in a matrixed organization, coordinating work across multiple teams
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end program execution from initiation through post-launch stabilization
• Proven program governance experience, including risk and issue management
• Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments preferred
