Product Line Manager

Job Summary

Product Line Manager, responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for bolted framing products in a full-time hybrid role, focusing on growth, profitability, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and business initiatives
• Manage pricing actions and product mix to achieve profitability targets
• Develop product documentation and training programs in collaboration with sales and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in sales or marketing
• Five (5) years of industry experience in relevant markets preferred
• Ten (10) years of experience in engineering, sales, or marketing preferred
• Technical aptitude for product details and the ability to analyze scientific and technical materials
