Job Summary

Driving product line strategy and growth, the full-time hybrid Product Line Manager for Industrial Fittings will develop global strategies, enhance sales and profitability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global product line strategies to drive innovation and market growth
• Implement go-to-market strategies and programs to increase sales productivity and market share
• Engage with sales and engineering teams to drive new product initiatives and ensure successful execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering, sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role
• Strong understanding of the electrical, commercial construction, or manufacturing industries
