Product Line Manager, Lending

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Line Manager, Lending Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product line strategy for consumer and small business lending products
• Lead end-to-end commercialization of lending products, including business case development and launch playbooks
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and manage product audits in partnership with Compliance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or Credit/Lending Product roles within a regulated financial institution or fintech
• Experience launching and scaling lending products, including underwriting and lifecycle management
• Ability to build product guidelines and lead commercialization across cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks relevant to lending
• Data-driven decision maker with experience in building business cases and presenting recommendations
