Product Management AVP

Job Summary

Representing the interests of stakeholders and users, the full-time remote Product Management AVP will ensure product decisions align with organizational strategy, manage the backlog, and communicate the strategic vision to delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of product decisions with organizational strategy and communicate outcomes to teams
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories while advocating for customer needs
• Maintain a ready backlog and coordinate product releases and change management activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
• Five years of experience in product or service development with a focus on user usability and UX design
• Strong analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog management techniques
