Product Management Coach

Job Summary

To accelerate the enterprise Product Operating Model activation, the full-time FLEX Director, Product Management Coach will develop new product managers, strengthen product practices, and guide teams in product-centered methodologies while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach product teams on core skills related to product strategy, discovery, and outcome-based delivery
• Partner with transformation leaders to define roles, governance, and operating mechanisms
• Maintain centralized repositories of product frameworks, artifacts, training, and templates

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital, technology, or platform environments
• Strong knowledge of product discovery, product strategy, metrics, prioritization, and delivery
• Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers at different levels
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Aha!, or Azure DevOps
