Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the KACE endpoint management portfolio, the full-time Product Management Consultant will manage product strategy, pricing, and roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate endpoint technology into the company's broader security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a multi-product endpoint management portfolio, capturing rationale and driving opportunities for integration with security initiatives
• Translate strategy and customer feedback into product requirements and user stories, operating within Agile development cycles alongside engineering and QA teams
• Make pricing and packaging decisions across the portfolio, partnering with Sales and Customer Success on retention strategies for key accounts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or related leadership experience, preferably in endpoint management or IT operations
• Working knowledge of endpoint management domains such as UEM/MDM, patch management, and IT asset management
• Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from development to end-of-life stages
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
