Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the KACE endpoint management portfolio, the full-time Product Management Consultant will manage product strategy and roadmap, drive pricing and packaging decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the integration of endpoint technology into the company's security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a multi-product endpoint management portfolio, balancing market needs and technology integration
• Translate strategy into clear product requirements and user stories while operating within Agile development cycles
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on retention strategies and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and product positioning

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or related product leadership experience, preferably in endpoint management or IT operations
• Working knowledge of endpoint management domains such as UEM/MDM and patch management
• Experience managing products through the full lifecycle from development to end-of-life stages
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
