Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management for their Workforce Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Workforce Management team and integrate into the larger organization
• Partner with the business to drive innovation and operational process changes
• Design strategy to standardize Sales Engagement and optimize resource allocation

Required Qualifications:

• Experience leading and managing a team of Senior to Principal level Product Managers
• Background in designing and building product for workforce management or similar operations
• Deep understanding of capacity and utilization management
• Experience working within regulated industries
• Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to set a clear vision
