Product Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Management Director to lead the strategy and evolution of their product creation technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with various leadership teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define business objectives and translate them into strategic roadmaps
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality documentation and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Product Management or Technology Product Leadership roles
• Deep expertise in product creation processes, including merchandising, design, and supply chain
• Strong experience with PLM systems, preferably Centric PLM
• Demonstrated experience leading product managers and analysts
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and common product analytics tools
