Product Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for the Missionforce Operations Private Cloud Edition, the full-time remote Product Management Director will define product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive compliance efforts in secure cloud environments tailored for government and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Missionforce Operations Private Cloud Edition product offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure the product meets requirements for secure cloud operations
• Drive the go-to-market strategy and lead cross-functional product launch activities to ensure successful adoption and revenue growth

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or technical product management experience in enterprise software
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, or security compliance in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS architecture and cloud infrastructure concepts
• Experience with secure cloud environments and government customers
• Ability to translate complex security and compliance requirements into actionable product specifications
