Product Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the Active Trader product area, the full-time salaried Product Management Director will own the product vision and roadmap, focusing on enhancing trading features for sophisticated, high-volume traders while collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap for the Active Trader segment across multiple platforms, focusing on complex trading strategies
• Conduct customer discovery with VIP active traders to translate insights into product requirements and monitor product KPIs
• Provide mentorship to other PMs while ensuring cross-functional collaboration for successful product launches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in active trading or financial services
• Strong command of product management fundamentals, including road mapping and stakeholder communication
• Deep working knowledge of active trading, including options strategies and derivatives
• Experience working in an agile environment and shipping software features with measurable business impact
