Job Summary

Leading AI-driven innovation, the full-time remote Product Management Director will own the vision and strategy for the Supplier Network, focusing on enhancing buyer-supplier interactions and driving network growth through intelligent automation and monetization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered features in the Supplier Network
• Define and scale growth loops to increase buyer demand and supplier participation while maintaining marketplace integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features from concept to launch

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on growth and monetization
• Proven track record in scaling two-sided buyer and supplier networks
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with cross-functional influence
• Data-driven decision-making skills and a builder mindset
