Product Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of supply chain technology, the full-time remote Product Management Director will manage product capabilities for Distribution Center Fulfillment, Logistics, and Vendor Relations while driving improvements in efficiency, fulfillment speed, and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for high-volume transaction systems, ensuring alignment with operational calendars and performance metrics
• Lead vendor selection and performance management to optimize the supply chain technology ecosystem, driving integration strategies for efficient operations
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in supply chain execution

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment domains
• Proven expertise in high-volume transaction systems and vendor or 3PL integrations
• Experience in omnichannel retail or large-scale distribution environments
• Strong understanding of product management best practices and execution discipline
• Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions using design thinking
