Product Management Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers, the full-time salaried Product Management Director will develop long-term product strategies, manage product launches, and drive customer-focused initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct product management efforts to maximize organizational results through strategic planning and execution
• Conduct market research and develop marketing communication plans to support product lines and enhance customer satisfaction
• Champion Six Sigma initiatives and manage risks associated with product development and introduction processes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience
• Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategy, including the development of annual operating plans
• Familiarity with Product Tradeoff Evaluation and marketing communication plan development
• Experience leading Six Sigma initiatives using DMAIC and DFSS methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Pareto analysis and statistical process control
