Product Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-powered property inspection products, the remote Associate Director, Product Management will own the product vision, strategy, and commercial outcomes while managing cross-functional initiatives and partnerships within the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for the Property Inspections product line
• Define product paths from minimum viable product to general availability, driving the launch process and sales enablement
• Collaborate with engineering teams and lead design-partner relationships with insurance carriers to ensure successful product delivery and adoption

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with at least one product taken from inception to commercial launch
• Hands-on experience building AI or machine learning products, ideally with computer vision or conversational agents
• Demonstrated commercial accountability in shaping pricing and executing product launches
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, legal, and risk management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree in a technical or business discipline preferred
