Product Management Director

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Product Management Director will own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the engine portfolio, ensuring alignment with R&D and driving adoption and revenue growth in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the engine portfolio, making investment trade-offs to enhance competitive positioning
• Build and lead a product management team, setting direction and maintaining high standards across domains
• Engage with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders to validate product direction and foster long-term partnerships

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years of experience leading product teams in a technology setting
• Proven success in launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise security products
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with AI/ML product development and a background in cybersecurity or application security is preferred
