Product Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Management Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a customer-centric strategy to promote customer engagement excellence and ensure consistent valued experiences throughout the customer journey
• Promote product experience enhancements and priorities by developing reliability metrics and sharing insights with leadership
• Lead and present at industry events, communicate product strategy to executives, and build and deliver demos

Required Qualifications:

• 14 years of experience with expertise in enterprise/PaaS environments
• Proven ability to build customer-centric strategies and deliver change in complex environments
• Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership and strategic-thinking skills
• Understanding of Salesforce Platform and other enterprise PaaS products, customers, partners, and competitors
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer issues
