Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management for their Global Growth Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product strategy for the core EOR / Global Growth Platform
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient implementation of product improvements
• Create metrics representing product usage and customer satisfaction to drive data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Product Management in a SaaS based company
• Proven experience of bringing new products from concept to market launch
• Understanding of Enterprise software products (SaaS) and businesses
• Track-record of building, coaching and leading high-performing teams
• An ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions
