Product Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Management Director.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand customer needs and define the product strategy and roadmap for the company's Capital team
• Own decisions impacting the top line growth of the capital business and work closely with functions across the organization
• Manage a team of Product Managers in delivering the product plan

Qualifications:

• 10-12+ years of product experience
• Demonstrated track record of operating across a cross functional business, including management of PMs and strategy setting
• Experience in leading technical, modeling, or fintech products
• Experience in scaling products from early stage to scaled programs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to dig deep into data
