Product Management Executive

Job Summary

Driving the vision for innovative AI product capabilities, the full-time VP of Product will own and evolve the product roadmap while managing a product team and ensuring alignment with the CEO and Head of Technology in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing items based on development capacity
• Drive the vision and execution for new AI product capabilities that enhance the efficacy of Community Health Workers (CHWs)
• Define problems and scope new features by synthesizing end-user feedback and market research

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare/health tech or B2B SaaS
• Experience driving the end-to-end process of launching AI-enabled products or features
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear, actionable solutions from complex, multi-stakeholder problems
• Experience managing direct reports and project teams
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with a focus on prioritization and trade-offs
