Product Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Management Lead to oversee program delivery and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of program scope, schedule, and cost management while articulating delivery requirements
• Provides coaching and development to product team members and fosters a culture of learning
• Defines vision and strategy for product management and supports program leadership in meeting delivery requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific/technical discipline and 5+ years of experience, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Ability to communicate requirements clearly to development teams
• Experience with APIs and software factories
• General understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations (preferred)
