Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Management Lead to oversee program delivery and team development in a remote environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for the best technical solutions and represent the product management practice

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, with relevant experience substituting for education
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
• Experience in communicating and leading tasking efforts to support delivery
• Ability to develop people management skills for direct management responsibilities
• General understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations is preferred
