Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, with relevant experience substitutable for education
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a leadership role
• Ability to develop collaboration skills and advocate for technical solutions
• Experience in hiring, performance management, and team development
• General understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations is preferred
