Product Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Management Lead to oversee program delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the technical direction of the program and articulate delivery requirements
• Coach and develop product team members while defining growth goals
• Lead team processes and support program leadership in meeting delivery requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience (substitution allowed)
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
• Proven experience in supporting technical and back-end projects
• Experience in leading task efforts to support delivery
• Ability to obtain/maintain relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, CPM, CSM)
