Product Management Leader

Job Summary

Building the product function from the ground up, the full-time Head of Product will own the strategy and roadmap for the platform while collaborating closely with engineering and founders to define the agentic Postgres category in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the platform, focusing on developer workflows and offerings
• Establish product practices and feedback loops to connect customer insights with product development
• Drive adoption of open-source projects and platform features while setting and tracking key performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience as a product leader for technical or developer-facing products
• Deep technical knowledge of databases, APIs, and distributed systems
• Proven track record of scaling products and making prioritization decisions with limited information
• Strong customer discovery skills, using evidence to inform the product roadmap
• Experience working effectively in a remote environment with excellent written communication skills
