Product Management Leader

Job Summary

Leading the product management practice, the full-time Head of Product will translate company vision into actionable roadmaps, manage a team of Product Managers, and serve as the Product Manager for the QA Automation Platform, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company vision and strategy into clear investment decisions and product roadmaps
• Own and strengthen the product management practice, establishing effective approaches to discovery, prioritization, and measurement
• Build a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to inform product decisions and drive adoption

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience leading Product Managers in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• Proven ability to operate as both a product leader and a hands-on Product Manager
• Strong understanding of customer-centered design and market dynamics
• Fluency in the AI landscape and its implications for product development
