Product Management Leader

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Head of Product will lead cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize innovative product features, leveraging user data to enhance the product roadmap and drive user-first experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with users to gather qualitative and quantitative data, identifying trends and new product opportunities
• Lead product ideation, prioritization, and releases, ensuring a consistent pipeline of impactful ideas
• Oversee the product development cycle, collaborating with UI/UX, engineering, and data analysis teams to deliver compelling features

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant product management experience
• Experience in a startup or high-ambiguity environment
• Prior consumer-facing product development experience, preferably with mobile or subscription-based products
• Experience with psychology-based products or user behavior-oriented applications
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
