Product Management Leader

Job Summary

Leading the product evolution for a remote full-time opportunity, the Head of Product will define the vision and strategy for SkillUp's product portfolio, focusing on enhancing user experiences through AI capabilities while ensuring equitable outcomes for non-degree workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for SkillUp's product portfolio, including AI integration and user-centered design
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement based on user research and data insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and external partners to align product strategy with organizational goals and market needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or leadership, preferably in workforce development or education technology
• Proven track record in leading Product and Design organizations and collaborating with Engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning systems, with experience in shaping AI-enabled product strategies
• Experience building products for diverse or historically underserved populations
• Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with disciplined execution in ambiguous environments
