Product Management Leader

Job Summary

To enhance product management capabilities within the Precision Technologies business unit, the full-time remote Product Management Excellence Leader will design operating models, coach talent, and drive product management excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and standardize the VOC process, maintaining a centralized customer insight database and conducting market analysis
• Manage the IRPX gate process to strengthen business case approvals and ensure accountability for product development timelines
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams and drive project evaluations to meet deliverables and timelines

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product discovery techniques
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
