Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers while fostering a collaborative product culture
• Establish best practices for product development processes and ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and manage stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and knowledge of reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
