Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, promoting a collaborative product culture
• Establish frameworks for product management processes and ensure alignment with business goals
• Drive the end-to-end product development process and serve as the key liaison between the product team and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations preferred
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset
