Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product strategy, roadmaps, and capital allocation to drive portfolio outcomes and product-line P&L performance
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog for agile squads, ensuring alignment from strategy to user stories
• Serve as the central resource across cross-functional teams, guiding project execution and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant product management experience
• 2+ years of experience acting as a Product Owner in Scrum or Kanban environments
• Proficiency with agile tools for backlog management and reporting
• Ability to analyze data for decision-making and contribute to cost management
• Experience working within a regulated environment, collaborating with QA, InfoSec, and Compliance teams
