Product Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager II, Product Management to lead product managers in distribution and onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for distribution channels including independent agents and direct onboarding
• Drive roadmap clarity and ensure alignment across multiple teams on product objectives and success metrics
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of rigor and high-quality execution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in multi-channel distribution and B2B/B2B2C integrations
• Strong understanding of funnel optimization and onboarding flows
• Experience with API-first platforms or embedded product experiences
• Familiarity with sales, partnerships, or agent-facing tools
