Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading product management teams
• 8+ years of experience in product management for SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software
• 2+ years of experience in external workforce management or vendor management systems
• Proven ability to build trust within a product team and create a collaborative environment
• Strong decision-making skills in managing product features and resolving complex issues
