Product Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product lines
• Manage and develop a team of 3-4 PMs and 1-2 Designers, including mentorship and career growth
• Lead platform migration plans, including transitioning legacy customers to the current platform

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with platform or infrastructure experience
• Proven people manager of cross-functional, globally distributed PM and Design teams
• Experience driving platform strategy at a company scaling toward $500M-$1B+ ARR
• Strong cross-functional credibility with Engineering, Sales, and Revenue Operations
• Structured, data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
