Product Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level prioritization and delivery alignment across Marketing's core commerce and experience platforms
• Lead and develop the embedded product delivery team, defining standards for intake, delivery readiness, and value measurement
• Identify and scope AI and automation opportunities to improve marketing throughput and commerce performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management and digital platform delivery, including leadership of Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering ecommerce platforms, ideally Magento or comparable
• Experience with CMS and web experience platforms, preferably Sitecore, at enterprise scale
• Strong data fluency to define KPIs and drive product decisions based on analytics
• Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing capabilities and integration with APIs and data pipelines
